Boyle Fredrickson Announces Three New Shareholders and a Senior Associate
Boyle Fredrickson, Wisconsin’s largest intellectual property law firm, is proud to announce the appointment of Michael S. Brayer, Mollie A. Newcomb and J. Mark Wilkinson as shareholders and Erin K. Fay as a senior associate.
With a background as a systems analyst, Brayer joined the firm in 2007 and specializes in technology patents. He is also a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and a member of the Wisconsin Intellectual Property Law Association (WIPLA).
Newcomb joined the firm in 2001 and is a skilled litigator and patent attorney with expertise in trademark law. She graduated with a J.D. from the Marquette University Law School, serves on the board of directors for the Thomas More Lawyers Society and is a member of the Association for Women Lawyers.
As a graduate from the University of Tulsa College of Law, Wilkinson is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma, Illinois and Wisconsin. With an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, his experience with electrical and electromechanical patents has been extensive since joining the firm in 2007.
Fay, a graduate of the Marquette University Law School and former executive director of the Marquette Intellectual Property Law Review, joined the firm in 2007. She continues her work in matters of intellectual property litigation and has a background in biomedical engineering.
