Boyle Fredrickson Attorney Adam Brookman Presents at ACCA-Wisconsin Conference

Boyle Fredrickson shareholder Adam Brookman collaborated with Brant Maurer of S.C. Johnson & Son to present “Who Owns What and How Do You Protect It?” at the Association of Corporate Counsel, Wisconsin Chapter (WISACCA) annual conference held April 30 – May 1, 2015 at the Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake, Wis.

Brookman and Maurer discussed how companies can protect innovations created by their employees and third parties including inventions, writings, drawings, photos, music, and software. The presentation also covered how to structure agreements with employees and third parties and what happens when no agreements are in place.
