Boyle, Fredrickson, Newholm, Stein & Gratz Adds Three Associates

Boyle, Fredrickson, Newholm, Stein & Gratz, the largest intellectual property law firm in Wisconsin, has announced the addition of three new associates to its staff of attorneys: Erin K. Fay, J. Mark Wilkinson and Eric J. Lalor.

A graduate of the Marquette University Law School and former executive editor of the Marquette Intellectual Property Law Review, Fay comes to the firm from Crivello, Carlson and Mentowski in Milwaukee, where she served as a litigation associate since 2003. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Iowa and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the American Bar Association and the Milwaukee Bar Association. She is also licensed by the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the Eastern and Western districts of Wisconsin and the 7 th Circuit Court.

Wilkinson joins the firm from Haynes and Boone in Dallas. Previously, he worked as a patent associate with two local firms. He obtained his law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois-Chicago. He is a member of the state bars of Wisconsin, Illinois, and Oklahoma. He is also licensed by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Lalor graduated from the Marquette University Law School where he served as senior note and comment editor of the Marquette Intellectual Property Law Review. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural sciences from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He joins the firm from Wilhelm Law Service in Appleton, Wis. where he served as an intellectual property associate. He is licensed by the State Bar of Wisconsin and the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
